Specialized Fall Protection Engineering

Our Fall Protection Engineering Division has extensive experience and industry certifications in the design, fabrication, evaluation, installation, testing, maintenance, and inspection of fully customized fall protection systems tailored to each operational scenario. All solutions comply with current international regulations, including OSHA, ANSI, CSA, and EN standards for fall protection, as well as anchorage point design and installation criteria.

How Do We Design Fall Protection Systems for Each Scenario?

We do not install generic solutions or standard systems. Every system we design and install is based on the real conditions of the environment, the type of work to be performed, and the specific risks of each scenario. This approach prevents the use of improvised or poorly planned anchorage points, which can be ineffective or unsafe.

Before any fabrication or installation, we conduct a complete technical site assessment, evaluating the structure, access points, worker travel paths, and fall clearance distance.

Our goal is to design an integrated fall protection system that ensures the worker remains protected at all times—from the moment they leave the ground until they return to it—without interruptions and without the need to disconnect at any point along the route.

How Do We Explain the Technical Solution to the Client Using 3D Animation?

After the technical site visit and on-site data collection (including photographs, measurements, and environmental analysis), every technical proposal we present includes a customized 3D visual simulation of the client’s real scenario. This allows the client to clearly see what will be installed on their own structure, how the system will be used, and how the user will be fully protected at all times.

Technical site visits, quotations, and system design with 3D animation are all part of our technical proposal and are provided completely free of charge, regardless of whether the client decides to move forward with the project or not.

We digitally recreate the work area—such as roofs, structures, or access zones—and design the fall protection system directly on that model. This allows us to visually demonstrate its location, configuration, and functionality within the client’s real environment.

The 3D animation clearly shows:

  • The type of system to be installed
    • The location of each anchorage point
    • How the installation will be carried out
    • How the system must be used correctly
    • The safe travel path the user will follow

This way, the client can fully understand the proposed solution and how the system will operate before implementation—without doubts or misinterpretations.

Does the Service End with the System Installation?

In addition to the installation, our service includes post-installation training, user manuals, maintenance manuals, maintenance plans, proper-use instructional videos, and all the necessary technical documentation. This ensures that users fully understand how to operate and maintain the system safely and efficiently.

We develop customized solutions that may include horizontal lifeline systems, vertical lifeline systems, fixed or mobile anchorage points, parapet anchors, mobile or fixed structures, rigid rail systems with trolley-type carriers, flexible cable-based systems, confined space solutions, rope access systems, and many other tailor-made solutions. All designs are always adapted to the real conditions of the environment and the specific needs of each client.

Every anchorage system is specific to each scenario. If it doesn’t exist, we design it.
