What Does This Service Include?
Hazard Identification
We identify all conditions that may cause harm to people, operations, or infrastructure, such as falls, electrical hazards, unstable structures, defective equipment, confined spaces, poor lighting, and ergonomic risks, among many others. During the inspection, we perform a complete on-site information survey, gathering technical data, observations, visual evidence, and the actual conditions of each work area.
Risk Assessment
We analyze the collected information to determine the likelihood of occurrence, the potential consequences, and the level of severity of each identified hazard. This evaluation is carried out by work area, allowing risks to be classified and corrective actions to be prioritized based on their impact on safety and operations.
Safety Inspections
We verify compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, and any other applicable standards based on the type of activity being evaluated. We review the proper use of PPE, safe work procedures, and the implementation of fall protection systems. As a result, we provide the client with a comprehensive technical report that includes the hazards and risks identified by area, the recommended control measures, the necessary corrective actions, and the corresponding technical and regulatory justification.
